Madcap Studio ("we", "our", or "us") builds Android games. This policy explains what data our apps handle and how it is treated. We keep things simple because we believe your data belongs to you.

Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or location.

Gameplay data such as high scores and settings is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to our servers.

Our apps are distributed through the Google Play Store and run on Android devices. Google Play Services may collect certain usage and diagnostic data as part of normal Android operation. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

If any individual app integrates third-party SDKs (for example, crash reporting or advertising networks), this will be disclosed in that app's individual store listing and in an addendum to this policy.

Some of our apps may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. When ads are present, the relevant network may use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve contextual or personalised ads according to their own privacy policies. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device's Google settings under Ads.

Apps that do not contain advertising will say so clearly in the Play Store listing.

Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@madcapstudio.com and we will take steps to address it promptly.

Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data of yours stored on our systems that could be compromised. Game data stored locally on your device is subject to the security model of your Android installation.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
